They use DHL for delivery. I logged on to have the parcel delivered to my local pick up point as I couldn't guarantee being home. On two consecutive days I got emails saying the parcel was out on the van and would be delivered to the pick up point that day. Wasn't delivered on either day. I tried contacting DHL but they make it impossible to actually speak to a person on the phone. I tried contacting little peckers, but they also will only take customer service enquiries by email. I emailed them, but they still haven't actually responded. In the meantime, the parcel was delivered to my home on Saturday, not to the drop off location. I was briefly out (the van raced off when he saw me arriving home) and it had been dumped in the middle of my driveway, with one corner severely damaged and the contents spilling out. I am appalled. Won't be using again.
My parrots love it, they get all the vitamins that they need and there is no waste.
